Communication Difficulties with Someone?

“Communication. It's the first thing we really learn in life. Funny thing is, once we grow up, learn our words and really start talking, the harder it becomes to know what to say. Or how to ask for what we really need.” -Meredith Grey, Grey's Anatomy

Do you have trouble communicating to some people in your life? Maybe all of the people in your life or just your significant other? For me I have trouble communicating to some people in my life and then others its really easy to say what feel. Why is that? I think, for me, its because with certain people I'm more comfortable with our relationship so I'm more likely to say exactly what I feel and I don't have to worry that I'm being judged or that I'll lose them because of it. So, I need to work on being more trusting of the people in my life and my relationship with them, this way I will be able to communicate what I really feel and what I need of them, whether it be a helping hand or just a shoulder to cry on.

What do you need to work on so that you are able to communicate your needs and wants? Do you have a problem communicating? If not, what's your secret? Let us know your point of view! Leave me a comment!

Quote of the Day
Writing ought either to be the manufacture of stories for which there is a market demand—a business as safe and commendable as making soap or breakfast foods—or it should be an art, which is always a search for something for which there is no market demand, something new and untried, where the values are intrinsic and have nothing to do with standardized values.
Willa Cather
(1873-1947)
